With 90% CAGR (net ARR) over the last 6 years, and a rapidly expanding US footprint following a strategic acquisition, we are entering the next phase of scale. Current revenues are at $100m, with 90% generated from the US.We’re hiring a Chief Financial Officer to partner closely with the CEO and leadership team as the business continues to professionalise, scale and build the financial foundations needed for long-term, sustainable growth. This role will play a central part in shaping strategy, strengthening commercial decision-making and supporting the organisation as it grows.The Opportunity:Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team on strategy and executionSupport growth planning, investment decisions and long-term value creationBuild and develop a high-performing finance function across the UK and USBring clarity and commercial insight to pricing, unit economics and growth decisionsGrowth & Strategic DevelopmentSupport selective acquisitions and partnerships, from financial evaluation through to integrationPlay a key role in planning for future funding options and longer-term strategic outcomesEnsure the business has the financial foundations needed to scale confidentlyLead forward-looking forecasting, cash management and scenario modellingMaintain clear visibility on cash runway, funding needs and operational leversOwn executive-level dashboards and reporting for the CEO, Board, and potential investors across ARR, margins, unit economics, and key SaaS and retail KPIsCommercial & Working CapitalProvide hands-on financial leadership across a blended SaaS and retail modelImprove inventory management, working capital efficiency and gross marginsPartner with commercial teams on pricing, deal economics and profitability analysisReporting, Systems & GovernanceEnsure accurate, timely financial reporting across UK and US entitiesOwn audits, tax and statutory requirements, working with external advisors as neededLead improvements to finance systems, data and post-acquisition integrationLeadershipBuild, mentor and scale a collaborative, high-performing finance teamEmbed strong financial discipline, insight and accountability across the organisationWhat We’re Looking ForProven CFO experience in high-growth SaaS or consumer subscription businessesSome experience in retail, eCommerce or inventory-heavy models strongly preferredExperience in scaling PE or VC backed scale upsTrack record leading fundraises and M&A, including post-deal integrationExperience in US marketsComfortable operating at pace in founder-led, scaling environmentsLocation & PackageUK or US basedHybrid / remote with regular in-person strategy weeksCompetitive salary + meaningful equityIf you are a commercially astute, growth-oriented SaaS CFO looking for a genuinely career-defining role, this is one of the most exciting SaaS finance leadership opportunities in the market today.The role is remote but with regular travel to the London office.We strongly encourage candidates of all different backgrounds, experiences and identities to apply.
