Hotel Investment - VP

A leading hospitality investment business with superb hotel across Europe is seeking an Investment Manager to report directly to their Chief Investment Officer, at Vice President level.This is a senior execution role for someone capable of leading deals end-to-end — underwriting, structuring, negotiating, and closing — while acting as a confident representative of the business in meetings with private equity partners, JV counterparties, lenders and advisors.Key ResponsibilitiesLead hotel investment transactions from origination through execution and completionOwn partner engagement, including private equity sponsors and joint venture relationshipsDrive underwriting and deal structuring, ensuring commercial and investment disciplineLead negotiations, coordinate advisors, and manage diligence workstreamsPresent investment cases clearly and confidently to senior internal stakeholders / ICSupport strategic portfolio decision-making and value creation initiativesMentor junior team members and maintain high execution standards across the deal teamCandidate ProfileEstablished experience in real estate private equity, hotel investment, investment banking, or brokerageStrong track record of executing and closing complex transactionsHotel sector expertise is essential (branded, lifestyle, or operationally intensive assets)Confident communicator with strong presence in partner meetings and IC settingsCommercial, pragmatic mindset with excellent financial and structuring capability #J-18808-Ljbffr
