About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist service in Buckinghamshire for experienced Mental Health Support Workers to join their bank of staff. This is a flexible, well-paid opportunity to support children and young people with autism and learning disabilities within a CAMHS setting.
You will provide hands-on, person-centred support as part of a wider care team, ensuring a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment is maintained at all times.
Responsibilities
Supporting children and young people with complex mental health needs
Working with young people with autism and/or learning disabilities
Delivering consistent, high-quality care across varying shift patterns
Collaborating with wider multidisciplinary teams to support positive outcomes
Maintaining accurate records and reporting to senior staff as required
Requirements
CAMHS experience (essential)
Experience supporting children with autism and/or learning disabilities (essential)
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Calm, compassionate and resilient approach to care
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
What We Offer
