Location: London with travel to North EnglandNT15327A FCA regulated FS asset is seeking an Interim CFO to bring stability to the board as the business has grown substantially over the last couple of months.They are currently £500ml AUM.They are looking at an Interim CFO who can help lead on all strategic, M&A and integration across the group.Experience:Must have been in a FCA / regulatory environment as a number 1, CFOExperience if operating in a M&A / Integration businessStrong emphasis on transformation of the finance functionDelivery on the monthly board meetings, leading those and give directionNeed to be hands on as its a small team in place currently however, will growPrevious FS experience.
