THE REQUIREMENTS Experience in Leveraged Finance or Capital Markets from an investment bank, private equity firm, or alternative lender. Strong understanding of financing structures, credit markets, and lender dynamics. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. Fluent in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
