We are looking for a dynamic leader to support our school's development and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional education. As the Head of School, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of St. Martins, working closely with our Hub Lead who oversees five schools within the trust. You will receive dedicated support as you drive continuous improvement and excellence in teaching and learning. Lead and inspire a talented team of educators. Responsibilities Foster a positive learning environment that nurtures every pupil's potential. Collaborate with the Hub Lead to implement strategic initiatives that enhance the quality of education. Engage with the school community to build strong relationships with parents, local organisations, and stakeholders.
