The Head of Sales Role As Head of Sales, you'll lead and drive the growth of a dynamic, high-end catering business that delivers exceptional culinary experiences. You'll develop and execute strategies to expand the client base, build lasting relationships, and optimise revenue streams across a diverse portfolio of events. This role requires a strong background in sales, a passion for food, and the ability to identify new business opportunities. What's in it for you? Lead and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Build and maintain strong client relationships with event planners, venues, and corporate partners. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both private and corporate sectors. Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to contract negotiation. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
