Key Responsibilities Managing a varied caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from start to finish. Providing expert legal advice to clients, ensuring exceptional client service at all times. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and related legal documents. Liaising with clients, colleagues, and external parties such as banks, estate agents, and local authorities. Keeping up-to-date with changes in property law and conveyancing practices. Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team as required. Essential Skills and Experience Qualified solicitor with 10+ years PQE in conveyancing. Strong experience in both residential and commercial property transactions. Excellent client care, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
