Role Overview The CFO will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for driving financial strategy, overseeing financial operations, and supporting business growth. They will work closely with the CEO and Board to ensure financial sustainability and efficiency across global markets. Key Responsibilities Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision‑making. Oversee financial operations, risk management, and compliance. Drive efficiency in cost control, cash flow management, and capital allocation. Manage investor relations and stakeholder communications. Support M&A activities and growth initiatives. Ensure regulatory and corporate governance compliance. Key Requirements ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with extensive leadership experience. Proven track record in a CFO or senior financial leadership role, ideally within biotech, life sciences, or a regulated industry. Experience in managing global financial operations. Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
