Head of Production Location: Southampton Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 + £5k Car Allowance + progression to Site Manager Are you a Production Manager with a background in maintenance engineering and experience working in the heavy engineering sector? Do you want to progress into a Site Manager role? An excellent opportunity is available to step into a Site Manager position and autonomously run the flagship site of an established and growing company based out of Southampton Docks. The company has a turnover of circa £1bn per annum and operates in one of the UK’s fastest growing & sustainable sectors. They are undergoing significant growth with new sites opened this year and significant investment at existing facilities. Due to this growth & expansion, we are seeking a Site Manager to lead one of our key sites in the South. Responsibilities: Manage an experienced team covering production, maintenance, export, and procurement. Have full autonomy in day‑to‑day work. Report key metrics to the Group Operations Manager to support decision making at the group level. Receive full industry, systems, and export training.
