We are looking for a driven professional who is keen to develop their career within an experienced and fast-growing team. You will play a pivotal role in providing high quality legal services to clients on all aspects of Trusts and Estates Disputes work.ResponsibilitiesRun own case load efficiently and cost effectively and within strict service level agreements as required by the clientsAssist senior colleagues on a broad range of TED casesAdvise clients about the strengths and weaknesses of their casesHandle a caseload of differing complexityGet involved in business development activities, both individually and as part of the Bristol and national teamsAttend and conduct client meetingsDraft and prepare court documents in a time sensitive mannerQualifications and ExperienceA minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in an administrative role gained within a legal or professional services environmentConfidence with IT systems to include Microsoft Word and ExcelA minimum grade C pass at GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and MathematicsKey CompetenciesA high degree of initiative and the ability to cope in a demanding environmentThe ability to be proactive and effectively manage your own workloadBeing resilient, confident and calm under pressureExceptional attention to detail and accuracyAn entrepreneurial nature and an outgoing mannerExcellent organisational, prioritising and time management skillsStrong negotiation and communication skillsBenefits and Agile WorkingWe embrace agile working and offer a blended approach to where and how we work.
