Regional Lead Nurse – Community Complex Care Salary: Up to £60,000 Location: Hybrid – 4 days per week office-based in London , 1 day per week home or community meetings We are working in partnership with a market-leading Community Complex Care provider to recruit an experienced and clinically strong Regional Lead Nurse to support the continued growth and quality of their services. This is a senior leadership position, reporting directly to the Head of Clinical Services , and offers the opportunity to play a key role in shaping and improving clinical services across the region. The role As Regional Lead Nurse, you will: Work in partnership with fellow Regional Lead Nurses to deliver consistent, high-quality clinical leadership Work closely with the Care Manager to ensure a fully integrated approach to care delivery across clinical and operational teams Lead and manage a team of 5 Nurse Managers , ensuring clear responsibilities, performance expectations and professional development Build and maintain strong working relationships with commissioners and community multidisciplinary teams Develop trusted relationships with clients and families, acting as the senior clinical escalation point when issues cannot be resolved at Nurse Case Manager level Contribute to senior leadership decision-making and drive continuous service improvement across the organisation About you To be considered for this role, you must have: Proven experience in a clinical leadership role , managing and developing teams Direct, hands-on experience supporting tracheostomy and ventilated patients A strong background in community or complex care environments Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills A full UK driving licence What’s on offer Salary up to £60,000 Hybrid working model offering flexibility and autonomy A highly supportive senior leadership team Ongoing professional development and long-term career progression within a market-leading complex care provider The opportunity to make a genuine impact on the quality of care delivered to highly complex clients in the community This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced nurse leader who wants to combine strategic influence with clinical excellence in a progressive and well-established complex care organisation.
