Build relationships with top-tier candidates, fostering long-term, meaningful relationships built on trust and collaboration. Bring innovation and drive to our team; finding new & better ways to do recruitment, seeking opportunities beyond what we’re already doing. Managing accounts with strategic thinking and a culture of trust. What We’re Looking For Have at least 36-months Technology recruitment experience A Proven 360 Billings profile – Principal Consultants are expected to bill £250k+ ( new business ) Someone who knows the London software engineering market inside out.
