What you’ll do As a Senior Product Manager for Supplier Experience you will own the end‑to‑end journey of supplier management: onboarding new suppliers, risk management, auditing tools, and internal use of supplier data. You will lead product strategy, definition and execution for supplier‑experience products, and act as decision maker for supplier technology throughout the transformation journey. Who you are Accomplished senior or mid‑level Product Manager with a proven track record in product discovery and strategy development. Can develop a long‑term vision and actionable strategy in a complex area. Comfortable with ambiguity, autonomy and excellent at building relationships. Relentlessly focused on understanding, anticipating and exceeding stakeholder and user needs. Technically curious and experienced working with engineers, architects and third parties to build software. Bold, curious, resilient and empathetic – able to connect with stakeholders and the team in an authentic way. Essential Criteria Proficient at turning product thinking into strategy and vision. Can articulate short‑ and long‑term strategy & vision through strategic packs and roadmaps. Stakeholder management experience at all levels, influencing and engaging up to Senior Manager level. Creative problem‑solving and enthusiasm for supporting delivery of change through people and technology. Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, driving toward clarity. Team contributor seeking opportunities to support across the team.
