Quantity Surveyor (Consultancy)

Senior Quantity Surveyor (PQS) Up to £60k Banbridge/Hybrid Full-Time/Permanent Were working with a Chartered PQS consultancy in Banbridge who are continuing to grow across Ireland and the UK. Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management across a diverse portfolio of projects spanning residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes across NI, ROI and wider UK markets. This role would suit a Senior QS who wants more autonomy, strong client exposure and a clear progression The Role: Lead pre- and post-contract cost management from feasibility through to final account Prepare cost plans, estimates, BOQs and tender documentation Advise on procurement routes and contract strategies Manage tender processes, analysis and recommendations Oversee valuations, variations and final accounts Deliver clear, accurate cost reporting to clients Contribute to value engineering and risk workshops Support and mentor junior QS team members What Were Looking For: Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying Strong PQS / consultancy background Chartered (MRICS) or working towards Excellent client-facing and reporting skills Ability to manage multiple live projects Full driving licence (occasional travel required) Whats on Offer: Competitive salary (DOE) Discretionary bonus Hybrid working flexibility Clear route to Associate level Exposure to varied, quality-driven projects Supportive and professional consultancy environment Interested?
