Speech Pathologist – Relocation Opportunity | Ballarat, Australia Location type: In-Person Location: Ballarat, Victoria, Australia Frontier Consulting is partnering with a leading multidisciplinary allied health provider in Ballarat to recruit an experienced Speech Pathologist . This is ideal for UK, Irish, or internationally trained SLPs , especially those with experience supporting children with autism , paediatric clients, or adults in NDIS services. Why Join? Salary: AUD $80,000–$100,000 + superannuation Relocation support: AUD $5,000 + company vehicle for first 4 weeks Regular supervision, mentoring, and professional development Work in a collaborative multidisciplinary team (OTs, Physios, Behaviour Support Practitioners) Caseload options across paediatrics, autism support, adults, or NDIS services Structured onboarding and long-term career growth Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments for speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs Deliver therapy for children with autism and other developmental needs as well as adult clients Develop and implement evidence-based, individualised intervention plans Support families and caregivers with practical strategies and education Maintain accurate clinical documentation Contribute to quality initiatives and professional development Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology (or equivalent) SPA registration (or eligible to obtain) Experience working with children on the autism spectrum HCPC registration and RCSLT membership advantageous Allied health or NDIS experience preferred Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and teamwork skills International candidates welcome.
