Driving commercial growth through contract negotiation, renewals, and client engagement. Using dashboards and service data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Reviewing and evolving departmental structure, processes, and operating models. Ensuring compliance with all Fire & Security regulations, accreditations, and standards. Collaborating with HR, Fleet, Operations, and Finance to align goals, control costs, and deliver improvements. Requirements 5-7+ years senior leadership experience in Fire & Security Proven operational leadership of large, multi-layered teams Experience in service contract management and commercial negotiation Data-driven approach with track record of operational improvement Knowledge of accredited environments (NSI, BAFE) and compliance standards Ability to lead change, restructure teams, and embed consistent processes Strong communication, leadership presence, and influence skills Why Join?
