Job Description

Overview Drive revenue growth and lead our sales organization as we pursue our growth targets. You'll build and execute our go-to-market strategy across multiple market segments including construction, logistics, and fleet management. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy and processes Build and lead a high-performing sales team Own revenue targets and forecasting Establish partnerships with industry associations and resellers Develop pricing strategies and competitive positioning Manage key enterprise accounts and complex sales cycles Collaborate with marketing on lead generation and conversion Represent GRS at industry events and conferences Drive productโ€‘marketโ€‘fit feedback to development team Establish sales enablement tools and training programs Requirements 7+ years B2B sales experience with 3+ years in leadership roles Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams Experience selling to fleet managers, logistics companies, or automotive industry Strong understanding of SaaS/recurring revenue business models Experience with telematics, GPS tracking, or security solutions preferred Excellent presentation and negotiation skills Dataโ€‘driven approach to sales management Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools Bachelor's degree in business or related field What We Offer Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission Equity stake in a fastโ€‘growing technology company Opportunity to build and lead sales function from ground up Work with innovative dualโ€‘tracker technology that's disrupting the market Direct path to significant career growth as company scales #J-18808-Ljbffr
