Principal Consultant – Network & Transformation

We are seeking an experienced Principal Consultant to lead the delivery of high-quality consulting services across major transformation programmes and complex technology initiatives.This is a senior, customer-facing role where you will act as technical design authority, lead delivery teams, and work closely with stakeholders to define and execute enterprise-scale transformation strategies.As Principal Consultant, you will:Lead technical project teams, providing direction, delegation and ownership of deliverablesEnsure adherence to delivery methodologies and take ownership of technical risk and issue mitigationWork with customers and delivery teams to define transformation strategies, roadmaps and solutionsAct as the technical design authority across solution design and implementationManage senior customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, building trust and demonstrating valueTranslate business requirements and goals into technical solutions and outcomesLead large-scale network migration and transformation initiativesOwn and facilitate customer and delivery workshops, ensuring clear objectives and outcomesProduce high-quality enterprise-level design documentation (RTA, HLD, LLD)Deliver clear, persuasive presentations and recommendations to senior stakeholdersRequired Skills & ExpertiseExcellent knowledge of OSS networks and servicesProven experience as a Network Architect with a focus on enterprise network designExpert-level experience in network securityStrong experience with SD-WAN technologiesStrong understanding of load balancers and firewallsExcellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skillsStrong consulting and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and gain consensus #J-18808-Ljbffr
