Building Regulation Principal Designer (HRB)

An established Architectural practice are seeking a Building Regulation Principal Design (BR PD). You would join an established team as you look to ensure Building Regulation compliance on a variety of HRB and Non-HRB projects up to £100 million in value.Their well‑established processes and systems set them apart from much of the industry, providing you with an excellent opportunity to advance your career. You would work in a Hybrid pattern from their beautiful London office.Building Regulation Principal Designer (HRB)Following the Building Safety Act (2022) the Building Regulation Principal Designer (BR PD) role involves Design Coordination in relation to the Building Regulations.
