A well-respected firm in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team due to an exciting project going live. This is an urgent hire and an excellent opportunity to manage a varied caseload while contributing to the growth of a brand-new Conveyancing team. Key Responsibilities: Manage residential property transactions from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and auction transactions Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documentation Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other solicitors Conduct searches, enquiries, and investigations to ensure compliance Provide clear updates and advice to clients throughout the process Maintain accurate case records and assist in mentoring junior staff Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience in residential conveyancing Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and client care skills Ability to manage multiple cases independently in a fast-paced environment Willingness to expand into Auction Sales. xbpsjku This role is ideal for a motivated Conveyancer looking to take the next step in their career, make a real impact, and help shape a new team.
