Clinic Manager – Dialysis Clinic | Bilston, UK Location: Bilston, UK Employer: The Medical People Recruitment (on behalf of a leading independent kidney care provider) Salary: Competitive (DOE) Hours: Monday–Saturday, day shifts (no nights) ⸻ About the Opportunity The Medical People Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading independent, nurse-led renal care provider delivering life-saving kidney care to over 2,000 patients across England and Wales. As part of a respected international renal network, our client works in close partnership with the NHS, using cutting-edge technology in welcoming, modern environments to deliver exceptional patient-centred care. We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Clinic Manager to lead a busy dialysis clinic in Bilston. ⸻ The Role This is a pivotal leadership position where you will: ✔ Provide overall leadership and operational management of the clinic ✔ Ensure a seamless, patient-focused experience ✔ Lead and inspire a team of nurses and support staff ✔ Liaise with NHS Trusts and regulatory bodies (including CQC) ✔ Drive quality improvement initiatives ✔ Oversee onboarding, training, and professional development ✔ Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory systems (including KLoE) ✔ Maintain accurate documentation and reporting ⸻ About You To succeed in this role, you will have: ✔ NMC registration with appropriate nursing qualifications ✔ CQC Manager registration (or willingness to obtain) ✔ Proven clinical leadership experience in an outpatient haemodialysis setting ✔ Strong interpersonal and communication skills ✔ A hands-on, value-driven leadership style ✔ Excellent organisational and change-management skills ✔ Evidence of continued professional development (renal care desirable) ⸻ What’s on Offer ✨ Competitive salary (DOE) ✨ 35 days paid leave (including bank holidays) ✨ Company pension scheme ✨ Life assurance (3x annual salary) ✨ Retail discount scheme ✨ ANN UK association membership ✨ Ongoing training and development ✨ Supportive, community-focused culture ✨ No night shifts ⸻ If you are a passionate renal leader ready to make a real difference in patients’ lives, we would love to hear from you.
