Your new roleYou will be responsible for:
- Preparing and issuing invoices in line with agreed terms, often involving manual processes.
- Managing a high-volume, high-value portfolio and ensuring accurate billing
- Driving effective credit control and supporting cash collection activities
- Handling customer queries and resolving complex discrepancies promptly
- Building strong relationships with clients to encourage timely payments
- Assisting with audits and ensuring compliance with internal policies
- Identifying and contributing to process improvements within the billing and credit control function
