An opportunity has arisen to lead an established IT function and to lead it through a transformation of its systems and processes in its growth strategy. This is a high-impact role leading all of the IT services across the organisation. The remit is to be hands-on shaping and deliver a forward-looking technology and product strategy that accelerates profitable growth, operational efficiency, and service excellence. This is a hybrid role with 2 to 3 days in the office. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Build and execute a technology and data roadmap. Act as a strategic partner with the ability to lead and grown the team with a hands on mindset. Champion digital transformation across; cloud and core system offerings and IT service delivery. Lead, mentor, and develop as committed team. Essential Background Proven track record of technology service and transformation in legacy businesses. Have a hands-on and 'get stuff done' approach to working. Have excellent stakeholder management within a complex landscape of stakeholders and priorities. A commercial mindset. It would be advantageous if the successful candidate had experience working with not for profit organisations.
