The roles are offered on a hybrid basis, with a mixture of office and home working. Job Purpose We have a number of exciting roles currently available within our London Commercial team, principally dealing with operational real estate. Successful candidates will service a range of clients and will – according to seniority – also be expected to generate new business. Key responsibilities include: Prosecuting investment transactions Providing investment advisory services Offering development advice and market reviews Undertaking operator searches, in respect of new leases or management agreements Building relationships with existing clients and targeting new clients/instructions Attending meetings with clients Person Specification: Experienced in the delivery of transactional and general practice services High degree of IT literacy Self-motivated and can work autonomously Associate Partner, Residential Development Looking to join Rapleys, but can’t see the right vacancy currently?
