What You'll Be Doing: Prepares exceptional food for Lake House guests, from relaxed breakfasts to elegant private dining. Creates and serves beautiful afternoon teas, showcasing craft, finesse, and a sense of occasion. Delivers bespoke menus and tailored food experiences for exclusive‐use bookings, ensuring every event feels personal, special and memorable. Works closely with the wider Gilpin culinary team to maintain consistency and excellence. Champions local, seasonal produce and contributes ideas for new dishes and experiences. Maintains impeccable standards of organisation, cleanliness, and food safety.
