We are seeking a Principal Recruitment Consultant with experience in technology recruitment to join our Eames Consulting team in London. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, sourcing top talent for key positions, and supporting organisations as they undergo major changes. Strong knowledge of tech, ideally with experience across one of the following verticals: Data, Cyber security, Infrastructure, DevOps, Cloud or Business Systems. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to work closely with clients and candidates. Proven track record in managing recruitment campaigns and delivering results, meeting targets, and achieving KPIs. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while managing multiple priorities.
