Staffline are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator based in the Omagh / Enniskillen area for a company in the construction industry. Hours of work: Mon - Thur, 9am - 5pm (flexible hours considered also) Salary depending on experience Duties: Answering calls and emails Proactively managing customer requests Use of MS Excel to manage information for mutiple projects Preparation of sales invoices Proactive debtor management. Performing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate accounting records. Managing vehicle administration tasks (e.g., V5C). Assisting with the preparation of management accounts and financial reports. Completion of UK /ROI VAT returns. Assisting with the development and implementation of internal control systems. General office administration and ad-hoc duties as required. Requirements: Proficiency in accounting software (ideally SAGE) and Microsoft Office applications. Proven experience in bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and financial administration is essential. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. High attention to detail and accuracy in all work. Ability to work independently and use initiative.
