Finance Director

Artemis Human Capital has recently partnered exclusively with an ambitious and rapidly expanding health care business to appoint a commercially astute Finance Director to its senior leadership team. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a key strategic hire at an exciting stage of scale and service expansion across the island or Ireland. As Finance Director, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening financial governance, supporting operational performance, and enabling sustainable expansion. You will work closely with the Executive Team to provide commercial insight, robust controls, and financial clarity in a fast-moving, regulated environment. The Role: Drive budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modelling to guide strategic growth Deliver insightful management accounts, statutory reporting, audits, and regulatory filings across ROI and UK Combine strategic leadership with practical, hands-on involvement in finance operations Champion performance, continuous improvement, and develop a high performing finance team Develop systems, reporting capabilities and financial infrastructure aligned to growth Provide commercial insight and financial analysis to support decision making The Candidate : Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent) with experience at senior leadership level Strong commercial acumen and experience in budgeting, financial planning, and analysis Experience of preparing board-level management packs and overseeing governance, audit, and compliance Knowledge of ROI and UK financial reporting Ideally have experience in multi-site cross-border organisations To apply for this Finance Director job please click on the link below or contact Laura Haggan to discuss in the strictest confidence.
