Vice President, Technology M&A Location: London, England, United Kingdom Role Overview We are collaborating with a leading investment bank that has a strong track record in technology M&A and has advised high‑profile clients in the tech sector. The firm is recruiting a Vice President to join its Technology M&A team. Responsibilities Lead the execution of transactions, including technology acquisitions, disposals and management buy‑outs for expanding software and other tech businesses. Work closely with clients, advising them on deal strategy and structuring. Take responsibility for due diligence and other reports for clients. Supervise junior team members.
