Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor £45,000 - £50,000 Belfast Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the maintenance team, ensuring high standards of performance and safety. Oversee preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of all plant machinery and equipment. Develop and implement maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and improve productivity. Monitor and control maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions. Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to operational excellence. Key Requirements: Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory or management role within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as preventative maintenance practices. A relevant technical qualification (e.g. HNC, HND, or equivalent) Experience with CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
