Clinical Psychologist - (Neuro/Rehab) £53,040 per annum (pro rata) 3 days per week On site working - Northamptonshire, UK Fully funded career development and training Essential: A completed Doctorate in Clinical or Applied Psychology (or equivalent qualification recognised by the British Psychological Society). Registration with the HCPC as a Practitioner Psychologist. Experience working with individuals presenting with complex psychological and neurological needs. Strong skills in psychological assessment, formulation and intervention planning. Competence in risk assessment and risk management processes. Experience delivering a range of therapeutic approaches and an understanding of different psychological models. Job Responsibilities: Deliver specialist psychological assessment, formulation and intervention within a defined service area. Work closely with multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure coordinated and effective care pathways. Support service users to actively engage in their rehabilitation and treatment plans. Contribute to team development through training, consultation and reflective practice. Participate in service improvement projects and the development of new ways of working. Liaise with external professionals and agencies to strengthen integrated care pathways. Provide supervision to junior psychology staff.
