Other Full time permanent position, 48 hours a week
Salary from £38,000 per annum, depending on experience
An additional share of the service charge and tips paid every month (about 3.5k annually)
You will be responsible for preparation and service, supporting the Head and Sous Chefs
Ensuring high level of food quality and preparation
Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention for detail
Assisting with the development of menus
Ability to work unsupervised xbpsjku and using own initiative
Support and assist with managing team members
Strictly follow all food safety and health & safety procedures
