Morgan Asset Management. As an Associate AI Product Manager on the SpectrumIQ / Investment Platform team, you will support the delivery of reusable AI capabilities including Agent Frameworks, Orchestration, and Call Summarization that enable AI use cases across the spectrum of AM.This role is ideal for a product manager with strong technical curiosity who enjoys working closely with engineers and product owners to translate platform strategy into shippable capabilities.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and rollout of core AM AI platform capabilities, including:Agent framework and orchestration patternsNatural language processing capabilitiesCall / meeting summarization functionalityWork closely with engineers, data scientists and product managers to:Translate platform requirements into well‑defined user storiesMaintain and prioritize a delivery backlog aligned to SpectrumIQ and cross‑AM needsPartner with senior product leads to:Gather requirements from Asset Management stakeholdersEnsure platform capabilities are reusable, scalable and aligned with broader AI strategyAssist in maintaining roadmaps and delivery plans, providing visibility into progress, dependencies and timelinesEngage with engineering teams to understand integration requirements and how platform services will be consumed by downstream AI products and use casesSupport governance and intake processes to ensure platform work aligns with business priorities and risk, controls, and data governance standardsCommunicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders on progress and dependencies, ensuring they are kept informed of status and issues or challengesContribute to the continuous improvement of product development processes and documentationRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsExperience supporting the delivery of products within a larger platform or ecosystemStrong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across product, engineering and governance teamsComfort discussing technical concepts at a practical levelFamiliarity with agile product development practices, including writing user stories and acceptance criteriaPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsUnderstanding of the modern AI landscapeProblem‑solving skills and ability to break problems into executable workWillingness to take ownership of deliverables within a defined scopePrior experience in financial services, asset managementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbout UsJ.P.
