The expectation is that you will provide excellent Operational leadership ultimately be responsible for the smooth day to day running of contracts within your remit. A technical background would be an advantage however not essential as there is adequate knowledge and technical experience within the wider leadership team.This role will be to manage a multitude of clients across Greater London so the successful candidate must live within a computable distance to the City. The contracts are a mixture of Hard and full TFM contracts being heavily weighted towards hard services with a TCV of circa £8Million.Other responsibilities will include;Accountable for the financial performance of the contractsFull P&L ResponsibilityEnsure that all risks relating to (SHEQ) safety, health, environment and quality are effectively managedDevelop effective working relationships with operational personnel, business partners, suppliers and sub-contractorsEnsure a strong relationship is maintained with the clients, staff, and subcontractors.Set, monitor and control SLA’sSeeking out potential growth opportunities within the contract where possibleMaintaining a positive and successful relationship with each client will be your primary responsibility.
