OverviewAssociate partner investment sales (DB Pensions) – Aon. Join to apply for the Associate partner investment sales (DB Pensions) role at Aon.ResponsibilitiesYou will take ownership of leading new business opportunities for the DB Sales team, driving the end-to-end sales process from initial client engagement and solution design through to pitch and closure.Drawing on your deep understanding of our investment solutions and your established connections, you will ensure that RFPs and pitches for our most strategically important opportunities are of exceptional quality, highly tailored, and position Aon as a market leader.You will be responsible for initiating and owning key client conversations, leading meetings and presentations, and ensuring that all partners are engaged and aligned throughout the sales journey.You will mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture and supporting their growth. As a senior leader, you will drive engagement with internal stakeholders, cultivate positive relationships, and identify and convert new opportunities across Aon’s client base.You will also contribute to the team’s efforts in building relationships with Third Party Evaluators and Professional Trustees to support new business generation. Additionally, you will play a key role in broader initiatives as they emerge in the fast-paced, innovative Investment Business.Skills And Experience That Will Lead To SuccessIn-depth knowledge of the DB pension investment market, with established relationships across the industrySignificant experience in a sales leadership role, including end-to-end ownership of both large, complex and smaller opportunities, with a consistent record of driving new business winsDemonstrable ability to lead and influence internal & external stakeholders to create and convert opportunitiesExcellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong executive presenceAbility to work independently and collaboratively, while setting direction in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentStrategic thinking and a proactive approach to driving improvements in sales processes and client engagementLeadership qualities with the ability to mentor, develop and guide team membersHow We Support Our ColleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
