This performance has been supported by disciplined execution, expanding service capability and increasing demand across core markets. Headcount has grown by 22.3% over the past 24 months, with the group now employing approximately 160 people.Envevo is backed by TowerBrook Capital Partners through its Delta fund, which partners with purpose-driven companies that deliver strong commercial outcomes while directly addressing one or more of the UN Sustainable Development Goals. This backing provides both financial strength and strategic alignment as the business continues to scale responsibly and expand internationally. In 2024, Envevo established new business units in Ireland and Saudi Arabia, extending its geographic footprint while continuing to leverage group functions from its Bellshill headquarters.Envevo enters its next phase of growth, the finance function is playing an increasingly critical role in supporting decision-making, performance management and long-term value creation. The finance team currently consists of six people, with the role reporting directly to Philip Homes, CFO. To further strengthen financial leadership and enhance forward-looking insight across the group, Envevo is now embarking on a permanent search for a Head of FP&A to partner closely with the CFO and senior leadership team as the business continues to scaleRole ProfileRolling ForecastsDevelop and maintain the monthly rolling forecast models across Group P&L, Balance Sheet and CashflowRefresh monthly using actuals and operational/sales inputs to produce forward-looking monthly projectionsProvide clear visibility on annual outturn and covenant positionDeliver variance analysis to budget and short-term forecasts, producing clear narrative at both project and group levelBuild and maintain 3-year forward-looking modelsDeliver scenario planning across multiple outcomes, including growth initiatives, acquisitions and new service linesBudgetingLead the end-to-end bottom-up annual budget process by legal entityConsolidate into group-level budgets, building scenario capability and ensuring clarity of assumptionsMonthly Reporting & Board Pack ProductionProduce consolidated financial reporting, including P&L, Balance Sheet and CashflowPrepare monthly board pack for CFO review, with commentary and insightTrack historical KPIs and incorporate forward-looking forecastsAnalyse overhead and personnel costs vs budget, feeding insight into forecasts and providing narrative on variancesCreate integration, combined forecasting and debt models in support of acquisitionsAssess acquisition targets, normalise for post-acquisition costs and strengthen valuation assumptions Bank & Covenant ReportingProduce covenant reporting and forward forecasts, integrating these into wider board reportingValue-Add / Process Improvement InitiativesCVR / Contract Forecasting: analyse monthly CVRs, validate WIP/DI balances and report trendsDashboarding & Consolidation: support transition from spreadsheet-led reporting toward system-based consolidation and dashboard reportingPersonal AttributesStrong FP&A background, including group-level reporting and consolidationAdvanced Excel capability and strong financial modelling skillsFully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / CA)Experience producing models and analysis for acquisitions and covenant reportingExcellent communication skills, with ability to translate financial outputs into clear narrative for senior stakeholdersIdeally located within the Central Belt to enable close collaboration across operations and commercial teamsStrong knowledge of CVR, WIP, DI, project margin analysis and trend reportingAbility to identify abnormal project margin movement and test/validate backlog and balance assumptionsExperience supporting the move from manual spreadsheet reporting toward dashboards / system-driven consolidationHow to ApplyFor further information or a confidential discussion, please contact Daryl Harper on: applications@fwbltd.com Or alternatively, you can contact our Edinburgh office by phone on +44 131 539 7087.
