In this role, as Service Engineer you will deliver maintenance, faulting finding and repair services across commercial sites, ensuring mechanical systems operate efficiently and safely. You will work on a range of equipment such as HVAC systems, pumps, pipework, valves and plant room equipment. You will also support general building services tasks such as breakdowns and emergency callouts. This role would suit a Service Engineer, a mechanical background in building services with the relevant qualifications such as a Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering. The ideal candidate would also have preferable experience with HVAC, plumbing and mechanical services as well as a full UK Driving License.
