Accounts Manager | Practice | Belfast - £45,000 - £55,000 Our client, a growing and progressive accountancy practice, is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified practice professional who enjoys leading teams, managing client relationships, and contributing to advisory-focused work. Key Responsibilities Managing a portfolio of owner-managed businesses, partnerships, and individual clients Reviewing statutory accounts, management accounts, and tax computations Overseeing team workflow, mentoring, and training junior staff Acting as main point of contact for key clients and handling complex queries Identifying advisory opportunities including tax planning and cash-flow forecasting Supporting ad-hoc projects such as M&A activity, transactions, and finance raising About You ACA or ACCA qualified Minimum 3 years PQE within an accountancy practice Strong communication and leadership skills Experience with Xero, QuickBooks, or similar cloud-based software Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other core IT systems Commercially aware, confident, and capable of taking ownership Whats on Offer Competitive salary + performance bonus Hybrid and flexible working 1pm finish every Friday On-site gym Clear progression opportunities Modern office environment Contact Patrick via the apply now button or call - Skills: ACA ACCA Accountant
