You will be passionate about the power and impact of the arts and confident in championing Lighthouse’s vision to supporters, partners and stakeholders at the highest level.Building on the significant success of the Development team to date, you will lead the delivery of an established and ambitious fundraising strategy, ensuring the charity meets challenging financial targets that underpin its long-term sustainability and strategic ambitions.As a confident and persuasive communicator, you will build trusted relationships both internally and externally, inspiring colleagues, donors and partners alike.Managing and developing a small team, the Head of Development is a key member of Lighthouse's senior management team, contributing strategically to the organisation's overall leadership and future direction.1st Interview 20th March (online), 2nd Interview 27th March (in person).About Lighthouse, Poole's Centre for the Arts #J-18808-Ljbffr
