Maintain accuratepatient records and reportsin line with clinical standards. Contribute toaudits, research, and service improvementinitiatives. Requirements: HCPC-registered Practitioner Psychologist(Clinical or Counselling). Proven experience working inadult mental healthwithin outpatient, inpatient, or private settings. Strong communication, formulation, and therapeutic delivery skills. Effective teamwork and a proactive approach to service excellence.
