Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Head of Trusts and Foundations is a leadership role within our Key Relationships team. You will:Provide strategic direction and drive significant growth in income from charitable trusts and foundations.Lead a critical area of our fundraising mix to increase the number and longevity of six- and seven-figure donors.Lead a small team and work with a well-developed operations unit to drive the programme forward.Bring a proven track record of securing gifts from trusts and foundations at six-figure levels or more, manage people, and develop high-performing teams.Apply creativity, relationship-building, and analytical abilities to craft compelling stories and cases for philanthropic support.Collaborate with colleagues to deliver resilient fundraising strategies with resilience, adaptability, and a solutions-focused approach. Requirements / QualificationsProven success in securing gifts from trusts and foundations at six-figure levels or more.Experience in managing people and developing high-performing teams.Strong relationship-building, storytelling, and analytical skills.Ability to work in lock-step with colleagues to convey compelling cases for support.Resilience, adaptability, and a solutions-focused mindset.
