This role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery, working closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with commercial priorities.You will act as a Product Owner for critical platforms, lead system enhancement and integration initiatives, explore emerging technologies (including Generative AI), and ensure robust data, reporting, and infrastructure foundations.What will you do?Review emerging technologies and industry trends, including Generative AI, identifying practical business applications and opportunities to test, learn, and scale.Translate business needs into clear system roadmaps, and drive continuous improvement through automation, optimisation, and modernisation of systems.Product Ownership & Core PlatformsAct as Product Owner for the group contractor Pay/Bill solution, including contractor management, timesheets, payroll, and invoicing.Own platform lifecycle management, enhancements, vendor relationships, and roadmap delivery.Ensure platforms are scalable, secure, and fit for purpose across group and local operations.Project Delivery & Systems IntegrationOversee and directly contribute to project delivery, including data migrations, application enhancements, core platform releases, and system integration projectsEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business outcomes.Data, BI & ReportingPartner with BI and Data Engineering teams to design and deliver business intelligence and reporting solutions.Support data-driven decision-making through reporting underpinned by Microsoft Fabric and data warehouses.Ensure data integrity, accessibility, and consistency across systems.Provide budget analysis, forecasting, and cost management for systems and projects.Collaborate closely with group and local Finance teams to align technology initiatives with financial controls and reporting requirements.Infrastructure, Security & OperationsWork closely with IT Infrastructure teams to manage and maintain business application infrastructure, primarily within Microsoft Azure.Contribute to technology security strategy, ensuring systems are protected, compliant, and resilient.What are we looking for?Experience working for a recruitment company in a similar role for 5+ years is vitalProven experience reviewing and implementing emerging technologiesStrong background as a Product Owner or system owner for complex business-critical platformsHands‑on experience delivering system implementations, integrations, and data migration.Experience working with BI, data engineering, and reporting platformsStrong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder coordination.Experience working with cloud infrastructureComfortable operating in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
