Senior Solution Architect - Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS)Inside IR35 Contract | Full-time | 40% Onsite | Active SC Clearance RequiredOur established financial client is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to support a major programme focused on evaluating, aligning, and integrating processes between its existing IWMS platform (Planon) and a supplier-provided IWMS solution.This role will act as a key architectural lead, collaborating closely with the supplier's design team to produce a robust High-Level Design (HLD), define interfaces, ensure secure communication protocols, and guide all architectural artefacts through internal governance forums.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the supplier's architect/design team to develop the High-Level Design (HLD), including all required interfaces and communication protocols.Own the governance process, taking all architectural artefacts through internal forums for approval.Drive engagement with Cyber Security teams to ensure all required security controls are incorporated.Guarantee alignment with organisational architectural principles and standards.Stakeholder Engagement & CommunicationWork closely with internal stakeholders across operations, IT, FM, risk, and supplier management to ensure alignment with integration needs and process changes.Coordinate with the supplier to clarify system behaviours, data structures, and technical constraints.Present options, findings, and recommendations to senior stakeholders clearly and effectively.Skills & Experience RequiredProven experience as a Solution Architect within technology-led or IWMS/Facilities Management environments.Strong architectural design capability, with the ability to produce clear, structured documentation.Good understanding of IWMS platforms - Planon experience is highly desirable.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.Ability to translate business needs into pragmatic, compliant technology designs.Active SC Clearance is mandatory.If this role is of interest to you, please apply with an up to date CV!Guidant, Carbon60, Lorien & SRG - The Impellam Group Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
