Overview Role: Dutch Speaking Talent Acquisition Partner Type: Ongoing Temporary (minimum 6 months contract) Location: Hybrid in London or Brighton - 3 days office and 2 days home Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm About the company They are a globally recognised leader in financial services, with amazing offices located in the heart of Central London and in Brighton. About the Role As a Dutch Speaking Associate TA Partner, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes. This includes sourcing, interviewing, and communicating to hiring managers. You will play a critical role in ensuring they attract and retain top talent. This is a hybrid role and you will have to attend their London or Brighton's office 3 days per week. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment life-cycle Source and screen candidates using various platforms and techniques Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability Liaise and communicate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports Who are you Fluency in Dutch (essential) + any additional language skills are welcome Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (any sector, agency or internal) A confident, bubbly, and great communicator A strong desire to learn and succeed A hard-working team player with the right attitude A commitment to making a career in recruitment What we offer Hybrid working model to support work-life balance Opportunity to work in a prestigious company within financial services Supportive and dynamic team environment London or Brighton's offices with excellent facilities If you are a motivated individual with a passion for recruitment and fluency in French and/or Dutch, we would love to hear from you.
