Interim Senior Finance Manager - 9-12 Months Contract The Interim Senior finance Manager will ideally be a Fully Qualified Accountant - Immediate Need Belfast City centre Hybrid Working Available Candidates seeking 4 or 5 days a week will be considered. Salary- Negotiable As Interim Senior Finance Manager you will be reporting to the Finance Director & will have one direct report at Finance Manager level. The main purpose as interim Senior Finance Manager will be to take overall responsibility for the management of the Finance Function, overseeing all Finance and Budgetary Processes whilst working as part of the Strategic & Operations Team. Key duties will include: Full ownership of the Finance Function Working as part of the Strategy & Operations Team Oversight of the Financial Planning and Budgetary Control Process Cashflow forecasting including in year monitoring and reforecasting Assisting with the implementation of business process improvements Preparation of consolidated accounts Provide insight into business performance through regular and ad-hoc reporting Business partnering with the wider business KPI implementation and management Preparation of Board Reports Assist with implementation of new systems and processes Providing back up and support to finance team members Any other general duties as required Key Criteria: Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or QBE with at least 5 years experience in a finance environment - Preferable At least 3 years' management experience including managing a team Experience of ERP Systems and reporting Strong Excel skills Highly motivated, capable of working independently and as part of a team High level of accuracy Good attention to detail Good administration & communication skills Flexibility to move between tasks To speak in absolute confidence about this opportunity please send an up to date CV via the link provided or contact Clare Simpson at MCS Group Even if this position is not right for you, we may have others that are.
