Required skills, qualifications and experience
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, plus relevant experience
Proven experience in senior financial leadership roles
Strong track record in financial planning and reporting (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash, Balance Sheet, Cost)
Broad financial knowledge including overhead management and cost control
Experience with EVMS, programme finance, and program accounting
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership and customers
Strong financial, analytical, communication, and influencing skills
Demonstrated capability to lead and motivate teams across organisational, cultural, and geographic boundaries
Ability to manage priorities effectively in a complex and ambiguous environment
Must be physically located in the United Kingdom
Desired Skills
Experience with foreign currency accounting, international ledgers, hedging, and international taxation
Active CPA, CMA or CA certification, or MBA in accounting, finance, or related discipline
Experience with Lockheed Martin accounting systems and tools
Prior international accounting or taxation experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

About the Role
Lockheed Martin United Kingdom (LMUK) is seeking a Senior Manager to serve as the Rotary and Missions Systems (RMS) UK Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This is a high-profile, senior leadership position providing strategic financial leadership across multiple business areas and lines of business, including Space, Aero, RMS and RMS Lines of Business: Mission Integrated Command and Control (MIC2), Sensors, Effectors & Mission Systems (SEMS), Sikorsky, and Training, Logistics and Simulation (TLS).
This role reports directly through the SEMS Line of Business, with significant cross-functional and enterprise-wide influence. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a multi-disciplinary finance function including programme finance, pricing, overhead, and accounting teams. This position also serves as a key point of contact for Lockheed Martin Corporate and the Senior Accounting Officer (SAO) to His Majesty's Revenue & Customs (HMRC).
As RMS UK CFO, you will:
Provide strategic financial leadership and oversight across multiple Business Areas and Lines of Business
Lead and manage programme finance, pricing, overhead, and accounting teams, including recruitment, development, and performance management
Ensure robust financial governance, compliance, and operational controls across all UK activities
Own business operations functions, including:
Program accounting and controls
Overhead management and forecasting
Pricing and contract support
Foreign exchange management
Facilities and operational oversight
Partner with Program Offices and Business Development to shape and influence new opportunities and bids
Provide leadership and insight to senior internal and external stakeholders across UK and international entities
Act as the primary point of contact for Lockheed Martin Corporate functions and the SAO to HMRC
Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and defined benefit pension plan requirements in the UK
A successful candidate will become a member of the Lockheed Martin United Kingdom (LMUK) and its subsidiary's Board of Directors as the Head of Finance.
