Working Pattern: 5 days over 7Shift Patterns Early: 05:00 - 13:00 Late: 10:30 - 18:30 Meal Service Times Breakfast: 06:00 - 08:30 Lunch: 11:30 - 13:00 Evening Meal: 16:30 - 18:00 Serving up to 150 Service Personnel daily.
