Overview Join Gallagher Res EMEA (Europe, Middle East and South Africa)Team as an Account Manager in Ipswich ! Were looking for a proactive and dynamic individual to manage a diverse portfolio of clients. Youll play a key role in delivering exceptional post-placement services and building strong client relationships. How you'll make an impact Be the go-to person for your clients, brokers, and internal teams. Understand your clients businesses and reinsurance programmes . Provide clear, accurate , and timely updates and reports. Ensure all post-placement services are delivered on time and meet client expectations. Work closely with brokers and internal teams to resolve queries and address client needs. Monitor contracts and programmes , raising any concerns as needed. Attend client meetings, audits, and events to strengthen relationships. Stay compliant with legal, regulatory, and company policies. About You A-levels (or equivalent) and are eligible to work in the UK. Knowledge of insurance/ reinsurance products and services. Confident with Microsoft Office and have strong IT skills. A great communicator, both written and verbal. A good eye for detail and can organise and prioritise tasks effectively. Team player but can also work independently. Eager to learn, grow, and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
