This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and a focus on achieving growth, profitability, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesRegional Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive regional strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.Provide leadership and guidance to all EMEA North teams, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.Collaborate with the executive team to ensure alignment and consistency with company-wide strategies.Team ManagementLead and manage regional teams, setting performance expectations and targets.Provide coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.Business Development And GrowthDrive growth and profitability within the EMEA North region, identifying and pursuing new opportunities.Develop and maintain strong client relationships and explore new markets.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to meet revenue and growth targets.Operational ExcellenceEnsure operational efficiency and effectiveness across all EMEA North teams.Monitor performance metrics, operational processes, and quality standards.Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.Stakeholder CollaborationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in delivering results and client success.Act as the main point of contact for EMEA North-related matters, including addressing and resolving operational issues.Provide input and feedback to the executive team on regional strategies and challenges.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.10+ years of experience in a regional leadership role, with a strong track record of achieving strategic goals and driving growth and profitability.Proven leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills.Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Experience in the [specific industry or sector] is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
